Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals invites an experienced Specialty Sales Representative to join our drive for launching and expanding a cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran (siRNA targeting APOC3) for rare cardiovascular conditions. You will activate prescribers, address access challenges, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and durable utilization.

The role requires a strong clinical acumen, strategic field execution, and up to ~30% travel in a dynamic launch

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.
3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas strongly preferred.
Experience working within integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
Deliver compliant, clinically accurate education to prescribers.
Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape.
Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements.
Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
Navigate health systems and coordinate with Key Account Managers.
Maintain high-quality engagement and service across accounts to drive utilization.
