Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for CardioMEMS to drive therapy adoption across implanting centers and community hospitals in the Chicago area and broader U.S. region. The role emphasizes hunter‑level account growth, cross‑functional collaboration, and meeting quarterly sales goals.

You will deliver clinical and technical presentations, negotiate value with payors, and support HF clinics with training and data collection. Travel up to 60–70% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred.
• Track record of ≥100% to quota for 2 consecutive years or equivalent performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Lead clinical, technical and strategic presentations to drive therapy adoption.
• Plan and execute educational events on hemodynamics, GDMT, data, and case studies.
• Provide on‑call technical and clinical support across the territory and assist with post‑operative troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to meet quarterly targets and develop territory plans.
