Job summary

iRhythm Technologies seeks a high-performing Territory Manager to accelerate growth by acquiring new business and expanding the Zio platform across health systems. You will drive adoption with cardiologists, EPs, and clinical stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device or healthcare tech sales, willingness to travel, and ownership of the full sales cycle from lead gen to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology.
• Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business within a defined territory.
• Lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close and onboarding.
• Deliver data-driven presentations showing clinical and economic value.
• Build and manage a Salesforce-driven sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with KAMs, CX, FSRs, payers, and marketing.
• Monitor territory performance and adjust strategies.
