Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cardiology Application Support Engineer to provide production support for Revenue Cycle applications. This 100% remote role focuses on L2/L3 support, incident resolution, and on-call coverage across US business hours.

Responsibilities include collaborating with client SMEs and technical teams, managing ServiceNow queues, and supporting go-lives and hypercare periods in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle application support experience.
• 5+ years of troubleshooting and production support experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow or ITSM experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to support US business hours/on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Revenue Cycle applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Manage tickets and queues via ServiceNow.
• Support Revenue Cycle workflows including patient access, billing, claims, payments, and denials.
• Coordinate with client SMEs, vendors, and technical teams for resolution.
• Participate in go-live, hypercare, major incidents, and on-call support.
