NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cardiology Application Support Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Revenue Cycle applications on a 100% remote basis.

This 6-month contract position requires strong production support and client-facing skills, with on-call coverage as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle application support, solid troubleshooting abilities, and experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Healthcare Revenue Cycle application support experience.
• 5+ years strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• 5+ years ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
• 5+ years Understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows.
• 5+ years Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• 5+ years Ability to support US business hours/on-call as required.

Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Application Support professional to provide production support for Revenue Cycle applications and end users.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $45 to $57. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
