Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cardiology Application Support Engineer (L2) in Frisco, Texas. You will provide advanced support, monitoring, and maintenance for mission-critical cardiology applications and CIS/PACS platforms, ensuring uptime for ECG, EP, Cath Lab, and imaging workflows.

You will work with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to resolve incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate problem resolution while maintaining SLAs and data integrity across HL7 and DICOM interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in cardiology IT support or clinical workflows.
• Experience with enterprise cardiology systems in hospitals or healthcare providers is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cardiac diagnostic workflows and imaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2 incidents impacting cardiology applications and workflows.
• Coordinate major incident troubleshooting with vendors and clinical teams to restore services quickly.
• Monitor health, performance, and availability of cardiology applications and interfaces.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and vendors to implement improvements and optimize workflows.
• Support integration with EMR/PACS and HL7/DICOM data exchanges.
