NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cardiology Application Support Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Revenue Cycle applications on a 100% remote basis.

This 6-month contract position requires strong production support and client-facing skills, with on-call coverage as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare revenue cycle application support, solid troubleshooting abilities, and experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Qualifications

5+ years Healthcare Revenue Cycle application support experience.
5+ years strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
5+ years ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
5+ years Understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows.
5+ years Strong communication and client-facing skills.
5+ years Ability to support US business hours/on-call as required.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for Revenue Cycle applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and service requests.
Manage tickets and support queues through ServiceNow.
Support Revenue Cycle workflows including patient access, billing, claims, payments, and denials.
Coordinate with client SMEs, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution.
Participate in go-live, hypercare, major incidents, and on-call support.
