Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Cardiology Implementation Consultant to lead invasive cardiology implementation projects, analyze workflows, and tailor deployment strategies across sites in the U.S. You will partner with stakeholders and leadership to ensure successful adoption of applications and processes.

The role allows remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office requirements for Minneapolis or DC areas up to four days per week when applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires one of RCIS, RCVT, Cardiac Interventional Radiography, RT(R) or RN credentials.
• 4+ years in hospital cath lab or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with leadership and executive audiences.
• Willing to travel ~75% across North America.
• Ability to qualify for a company travel card.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical implementation activities for invasive cardiology solutions.
• Analyze current workflows and design future-state processes.
• Identify optimization opportunities and document gaps.
• Coordinate Super User training and end-user readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership for successful adoption.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to executives.
