Job summary

PROGRESSIVE HEALTHCARE S OLUTIONS L is seeking a Services Technical Implementation Engineer to deploy, configure, and upgrade cardiology information systems across hospitals. You will install servers, workstations, and specialized medical software, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency while aligning with clinical workflows.

You will collaborate with providers and internal teams, perform QA, troubleshoot, and hand off to support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare or medical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, SQL Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols, with advanced troubleshooting experience across Microsoft operating systems and hardware.
• Strong understanding of network topology and common networking protocols used in clinical system environments.
• Experience with enterprise-scale clinical or information systems within quality/compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure cardiology software and hardware solutions.
• Perform installations, upgrades, system testing, benchmarking, validation, documentation, and final QA to meet standards before delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement optimal system configurations.
• Conduct onsite asset reviews and ensure smooth handoff to support teams.
• Manage hardware and parts lifecycle during implementations, including inventory tracking and replacements.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support during implementation with advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, OS, databases (SQL), and network issues.
• Analyze and evaluate technical issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to implementation processes.
• Recommend best practices and provide feedback for process/product improvements.
• Contribute as a valued member of a diverse team.
