PROGRESSIVE HEALTHCARE S OLUTIONS L is seeking a Services Technical Implementation Engineer to deploy, configure, and upgrade cardiology information systems. You will work with clients to tailor hardware and software setups, perform QA, and ensure regulatory compliance across clinical workflows.
The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem solving, and frequent travel, including international assignments, to support diverse projects and long-term customer success in
Formación
- Experience in healthcare IT and strong documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, SQL Server, AD, and networking in clinical environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including international assignments.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Responsabilidades
- Deploy and configure cardiology software and hardware solutions.
- Perform installations, upgrades, testing, validation, and QA before delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to design optimal system configurations.
- Conduct onsite asset reviews and ensure smooth handoff to support teams.
- Manage hardware lifecycle and inventory during implementations.
