Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. seeks a Territory Manager to secure new business and independently manage a sales region, often remotely from Kestra offices. You will engage with clinical settings, train customers, support product service and assist in reimbursement.

This role requires 5+ years medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to meet quarterly targets, build partnerships, and manage the full sales cycle from introduction to delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Grow and develop trusted partner relationships within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly business plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Ensure responsible use of budgeted expenses per Kestra policies.
• Attend key exhibits and coordinate with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care.
• Manage the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and respond promptly to issues.
