Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the Worcester, MA territory in a remote, field-based role. You will drive sales, engage clinicians, and provide post-implant support for CRM technologies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cardiology medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong technical and presentation skills. A Master’s degree or MBA and CRM experience are a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical or sales experience.
• 3+ years in cardiology medical device field sales.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA and CRM experience.
• Experience in structural heart, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology or related fields is a plus.
• Prior cardiovascular device implantation support is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Drive sales by scheduling calls with customers to meet revenue targets.
• Develop territory sales plans based on product positioning and customer needs.
• Engage hospital staff and physicians to understand procedural volume and unmet needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support device implants in the field.
• Provide ongoing engagement for long-term patient and customer satisfaction.
