Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• 0–2 years of professional work experience.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical expert during device implants and follow-ups.
• Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals on device use.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and operating rooms to support outcomes.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff to foster engagement.
• Resolve customer needs and ensure patient and clinician satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
