The role covers implants, patient follow-ups, and training, with on-call rotations. Strong communication and initiative are essential to drive adoption and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, science, math, business, nursing, or equivalent technical field.
• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Willingness to support a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical expert during device implants and follow-ups.
• Deliver impactful education and training to healthcare professionals on product use.
• Attend procedures in hospital labs and ORs to support patient outcomes.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses and hospital staff to foster trust.
• Resolve customer needs, collaborating across functions for satisfaction.
• Manage product inventory and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
