Boston Scientific is seeking a Territory Manager in Phoenix to drive sales of CRM technologies within a defined geography. You will build clinical partnerships, develop strategic plans, and support procedures that improve patient outcomes. Expect hands-on involvement in implants and post-procedure follow-up.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales, with strong technical aptitude and the ability to handle a 24/7 call rotation.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent product/sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device or pharmaceutical field sales.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7/365 rotational call schedule with the sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by scheduling and conducting calls with current and prospective customers to meet targets.
• Develop and execute strategic, data-informed territory sales plans based on product positioning and needs.
• Engage hospital personnel and physicians to understand procedural volume and product usage and align solutions.
