FNBO is seeking an energized sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business. This role will focus on direct sales and expanding the business through multi-channel partnerships, using relationship-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in business development or sales in the financial services industry, a strong network, and proven partnership negotiation experience. Travel approximately 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with card or financial industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build relationships, and drive growth.
• Travel of approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads.
