FNBO is seeking an energized, professional sales individual to build and grow our card personalization business. This role will be responsible for direct sales and growing the business through a multi‑channel strategy and relationship‑driven partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or sales, a Bachelor’s degree, the ability to sell to card issuers and corporate prospects, and is willing to travel about 30%. Remote work is supported with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales, with card/financial industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven ability to sell to card issuers and corporate prospects and drive growth.
• Frequent travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through outreach and relationship-building.
• Lead full sales cycle from initial contact to close and negotiate contracts.
• Aim to exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads.
• Create proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and marketing materials with internal/external teams.
• Provide market intelligence on card personalization trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and product teams to align on client needs.
