FNBO is seeking an energized sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business, responsible for direct sales and expanding through a multi-channel strategy and relationship-driven partnerships. We look for a candidate with experience in financial services, a strong network, and a proven track record of negotiating partnerships.

Travel about 30% is expected. You will lead the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales with card/financial industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to card issuers and corporate prospects and build relationships for long-term growth.
• Travel frequency around 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Lead full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and product teams to align on client needs and service capabilities.
