Job summary

FNBO is seeking an energized, professional sales individual to build and grow our card personalization business. This role will be responsible for direct sales and growing the business through a multi‑channel strategy and relationship‑driven partnerships.

We are looking for a seasoned professional in Financial Services with a strong network and proven track record of negotiating partnerships, capable of leading the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to card issuers and corporate prospects; build external and internal relationships.
• Travel of approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through market evaluation, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks.
