Job summary

Concept Plus, a Fairfax, VA-based consulting firm, seeks a Capture Management Director to lead strategic capture efforts across high-value accounts. You will shape opportunities, engage cross-functionally, and mentor teams to win multi-million-dollar Federal contracts. Strong communication and proposal skills are essential.

You will work with executive leadership to advance growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure disciplined capture practices aligned with company strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional work experience with 8+ years in capture for federal system integrator or professional services.
• Demonstrated history of winning large, complex, multi-million-dollar Federal projects.
• Proven ability to lead capture and proposal responses; proficiency in writing proposals.
• Strong analytical abilities; ability to derive insights from data and understand customer issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts for Strategic opportunities; act as a BD leadership team member.
• Mentor and guide other team members on capture management; apply Shipley methodology.
• Develop understanding of Concept Plus service offerings and growth strategies.
• Contribute to growth through capture and proposal development; build client relationships.
• Manage end-to-end opportunity lifecycle from qualification to award; ensure cross-functional collaboration.
