Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Captive Implementation Manager to remotely manage new captive insurance implementations and renewal activities. You will coordinate across clients, brokers, and service providers to meet regulatory and client expectations, from engagement through to closing.

The role emphasizes project leadership, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment. Remote-USA; compensation aligns with market levels and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the insurance/financial services industry.
• Captive insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; works well under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Project manage new captive business implementations and select renewals.
• Lead the implementation process from engagement to regulatory approval and closing.
• Understand regulatory requirements for submissions to Departments of Insurance.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients during onboarding and renewal processes.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications and renewal amendments as required.
