Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Captive Implementation Manager (CIM) in the United States to manage new captive insurance implementations and select renewals. The CIM acts as the project lead, coordinating with clients, brokers, and internal teams to meet regulatory requirements and close on new entities.

The role requires 5+ years in insurance for financial services, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the insurance for financial services industry.
• Captive insurance experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Project manage new captive business implementations and renewals.
• Lead implementations from engagement to regulatory approval and closing.
• Ensure timely submissions to Departments of Insurance.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, brokers and service providers.
• Maintain case tracking databases and client files.
• Prepare and submit licensing and renewal packages.
• Communicate regulatory requirements to clients and brokers.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to drive case completion.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
