Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking an organized Account Manager for our Captives practice. This remote USA role supports the revenue team by managing new business and renewals, coordinating between clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely documentation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in captive or commercial P&C, an active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and strong CRM/Salesforce skills. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Industry experience: at least 3 years in captive and/or commercial Property/Casualty insurance.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new business and renewal processes: applications, loss summaries, quotes, and proposals.
• Respond promptly to client and broker inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to drive new business and retain renewal revenue.
• Coordinate policy coverage changes with brokers and clients.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records and documentation.
• Utilize Salesforce for input, documentation, and task execution to support service quality.
