Job summary

The Chemours Company seeks a Capital Project Scheduler to lead end-to-end schedule development for major projects. Based remotely in the US, you will collaborate with project teams and leadership across sites to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of capital initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in heavy industrial project scheduling, expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Proficient user of Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside Chemours.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases and cross-functional teams.
• Provide expert guidance on schedule structure and detail to support project execution.
• Establish and track schedule metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates per the plan.
