Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to lead end-to-end schedule development for major capital projects. The role requires strong Primavera P6 proficiency and collaboration across engineering, construction, and cost teams.

Based at Chemours sites with potential travel, the position emphasizes delivering integrated schedules, risk analysis, and performance metrics to enable on-time execution and value realization. Central or Eastern time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience for total project lifecycle.
• Proficient user of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and quickly initiate changes in plan when appropriate.
• Ability to effectively interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside of Chemours.
• Ability to travel (up to 25%).
• Candidates must be based within the Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones and be able to commute to any Chemours facilities within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination to support execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with plans.
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Evaluate schedules for feasibility and competitiveness throughout the lifecycle.
• Determine resource loading and highlight constraints; integrate with EV and cost data.
• Lead schedule risk analyses and mitigation recommendations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates per plan.
• Develop clear reports and insights to support decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and cost teams on progress and change control.
