Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team and lead the end‑to‑end schedule development for heavy industrial projects. This role requires 5+ years of Power Generation, Refining or Chemical Process Plant scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Travel up to 25% and proximity to Central or Eastern time zones enable close collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Proficient user of Primavera (P6) scheduling software and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and interact with people at all levels.
• Based within Central (CT) or Eastern (ET) time zones with ability to commute to facilities.
• Strong scheduling, risk analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination for execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with plans.
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates per plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction and cost teams to track progress and earned value.
