Job summary

The Chemours Company is hiring a Capital Project Scheduler to drive end-to-end schedule development for heavy industrial capital projects. You will collaborate with engineering, construction and cost teams to deliver integrated schedules that support project success from front end through construction.

The role requires extensive experience in power generation or chemical plants, proficiency in Primavera P6, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining or Chemical Plant scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiate plan changes quickly.
• Strong interpersonal influence across all levels inside and outside Chemours.
• Travel availability up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, level of detail and coordination.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing and hierarchy.
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks.
• Evaluate schedules for feasibility and competitiveness throughout the lifecycle.
• Determine resource loading and highlight critical constraints.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and recommend mitigations.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver updates per plan.
• Develop clear schedule reports to support decision making.
• Partner with engineering, construction and cost teams to track progress.
