Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience
• Proficient user of Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work across multiple locations
• Ability to interact with and influence people at all levels within and outside Chemours

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Provide guidance on schedule structure and level of detail
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver updates per plan
