TheChemours Company is hiring a Capital Project Scheduler to manage end-to-end schedule development for heavy industrial projects. This remote US role collaborates with project teams and site leaders to ensure on-time, within-budget execution across capital initiatives.

Requirements include 7+ years in Power Generation/Refining/Chemical plant scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience for full lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases and functions
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy
• Establish and track schedule performance metrics and benchmarks
• Evaluate schedules for feasibility and competitiveness
• Determine resource loading and highlight constraints
• Perform schedule risk analyses andMitigation planning
• Lead schedule reviews and deliver updates per plan
• Develop clear schedule reports and insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and cost teams on progress and EV
