Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or hybrid recruiting ops.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
• Comfortable sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent written communication and scheduling/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage candidate pipelines for open requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates with role-tailored messaging.
• Screen inbound applicants and route qualified candidates to recruiters/hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized talent pipeline in Greenhouse for current and future roles.
• Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, including panel interviews.
• Own candidate communication to ensure a professional experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition status in Greenhouse.
• Support offer logistics and approvals.
• Flag bottlenecks or gaps to leadership.
