Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Contractor Candidate Experience Specialist to shape how candidates experience our hiring process from first touch through offer handoff. You will partner with recruiters and leadership to execute hiring plans, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate workflows in our ATS and repositories.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and Hiring leadership to understand and execute hiring plans.
• Coordinate hiring process information in ATS and GitLab repositories.
• Manage candidate scheduling and organize interviews as Recruiting Coordinator.
• Ensure timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication at each stage.
• Help manage candidate traffic, monitor pipelines and flag bottlenecks.
