Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Candidate Experience Specialist to shape the candidate journey from first touch to offer and handoff to People Operations. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to execute hiring plans, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate processes in our ATS and repositories.

You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering timely, thoughtful communication to a diverse, high-volume slate of roles.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring teams to understand and execute the hiring plan for each job requisition.
• Coordinate with Recruiters to maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring process information in ATS and GitLab repositories.
• Manage candidate scheduling and organize interviews to keep processes running smoothly.
• Ensure timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication with candidates at each stage.
