GitLab is seeking a Senior Talent Brand Manager to shape how current and prospective team members view working at GitLab. You’ll bring our employer value proposition to life through talent brand strategy, recruitment marketing, and integrated campaigns across the candidate journey.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners, use data and AI tools to create authentic candidate experiences, and support hiring priorities with compelling storytelling and scalable content systems.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent brand, employer brand, or recruitment marketing.
• Experience developing and leading brand or recruitment marketing strategies across multiple audiences, regions, or hiring priorities.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and editorial judgment across multiple channels.
• Experience leading complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, budgets, or external partners.
• Strong analytical judgment and experience using data, audience insights, feedback, and research to improve outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, create structure from ambiguity, and move between strategy and execution in an asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead GitLab's talent brand strategy, translating our employer value proposition into clear candidate messaging.
• Design integrated campaigns and build scalable content systems, recruiter resources, and campaign operations.
• Set editorial direction and align partners on authentic stories featuring team members, culture, and values.
• Advise Talent Acquisition and leaders on audience strategy and campaigns supporting hiring priorities.
• Improve candidate journey touchpoints with transparent, consistent information throughout hiring.
• Use data, insights, and trends to set priorities and communicate impact.
