GitLab is seeking a Talent Brand Manager to shape how current and prospective team members understand what it means to work here. Qualifications

• Experience in talent brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing, content strategy, or related field.
• Ability to translate brand or EVP into content, campaigns, and experiences.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and editorial judgment across channels.
• Experience planning campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Comfort using performance data and market research to improve outcomes.
• Ability to influence across functions and work with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate employer value proposition into clear candidate-facing messaging.
• Deliver integrated talent brand campaigns across careers content, social media, and platforms.
• Develop and curate stories featuring team members, leaders, and culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to create content supporting hiring priorities.
• Improve candidate journey touchpoints with transparent information throughout hiring.
• Use data and feedback to improve performance and communicate impact.
• Collaborate to ensure content is accurate, inclusive, and aligned with our voice.
• Manage projects and external partners while improving processes through AI tools.
