Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Representative to advance cancer screening and early detection across a California territory. You will partner with healthcare providers to raise awareness and adoption of our cancer screening portfolio, including Cologuard and related tests, while building trusted relationships and driving business growth.

In this frontline role, you will develop territory plans, collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs, and maintain CRM records with focus on quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field, or four years of relevant experience.
• Two years of sales/inside sales/account management, or one year plus one year healthcare experience, or active-duty service as Junior Officer or above.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily in territory.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements where applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Cologuard; meet sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze local markets, data, and insights to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Area Managers to implement strategies.
• Document customer interactions and pipeline development in CRM with high ethics and compliance.
