Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader expanding cancer screening and early detection efforts. This position is based in Carmel, IN, within the Cancer Diagnostics business, focusing on advancing adoption of Cologuard and related tests.

You will develop territory plans, build physician and administrator relationships, and analyze markets to uncover opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize account success and ensure compliant CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of sales or account management experience, or 1 year of sales plus 1 year of healthcare experience or military service as Junior Officer or above.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard and related solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and stakeholders.
• Analyze local markets, customer data, and insights to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Ops, and Area Managers to implement strategies.
• Document customer interactions and pipeline development in CRM with high ethics and compliance.
