You will monitor evolving EPR and packaging regulations, educate customers, and translate complex rules into practical guidance for producers with confidence. You will own the webinar program, produce regulatory education content, and collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to shape the roadmap, ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience in EPR or packaging policy, sustainability, or regulatory affairs.
• Ability to read, interpret, and track statutory texts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for public webinars and customer-facing contexts.
• Self-directed with a remote, cross-functional work style.
• Experience creating regulatory education content and enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Track Canadian regulatory change and translate it into actionable intelligence.
• Serve as the first contact for regulatory questions from customers and prospects.
• Own the webinar and thought-leadership program end-to-end.
• Create customer-facing regulatory briefs, updates, and explainers.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to reflect regulatory needs in the platform.
