Job summary

rePurpose Global is hiring a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager (EPR) to lead regulatory tracking, customer education, and the company’s webinar program. You will translate dense U.S. packaging and EPR rules into practical guidance, educate customers and prospects, and collaborate with product and technical teams to adapt our platform.

This is a remote, full-time role with a focus on the U.S. market and industry-wide impact.

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging or environmental policy, sustainability or regulatory affairs
• Deep EPR/packaging-policy expertise with governance and enforcement knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret statute and program text across multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-experts
• Confidence in public speaking and hosting webinars
• Self-directed, remote, cross-functional work experience

Responsibilities

• Track US regulatory changes and translate into actionable guidance for customers and team
• Respond to customer and prospect questions on EPR obligations, fees, reporting, exemptions and deadlines
• Own the webinar and thought-leadership program, including calendar, content and live presentations
• Create regulatory briefs, policy gaps, updates, FAQs and explainers for sales and customer teams
• Represent the company in public-facing education and industry engagement activities
• Coordinate with product and technical teams to reflect regulatory changes in the platform
