Job summary

rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to lead regulatory intelligence and education for packaging EPR in the U.S. You will track changes, educate customers, and translate dense requirements into practical guidance.

The role is highly visible and remote, with a preference for East Coast locations. You will build expert content, run webinars, and collaborate with product and sales teams to translate policy into actionable outcomes for producers navigating

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging or environmental policy.
• Deep EPR/packaging-policy expertise with governance and enforcement knowledge.
• Ability to read and track statutes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of hosting webinars.
• Professional experience engaging regulators, producers and industry groups.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Track U.S. regulatory change and translate it into actionable guidance.
• Field questions on EPR obligations, fees, reporting categories, and deadlines.
• Own the webinar and thought leadership program end-to-end.
• Create regulatory education content: briefs, updates, blogs, FAQs.
• Represent the company in public-facing stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with technical, product and customer success teams to feed market insights.
