Job summary

rePurpose Global, a leader in Packaging Sustainability & Compliance, seeks a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to own regulatory tracking, educate customers, and translate complex rules into actionable guidance for producers across the U.S. markets.

You’ll lead the webinar program, create regulatory briefs, and collaborate with product and sales teams to shape our platform and customer education on EPR obligations.

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging or environmental policy, sustainability, regulatory affairs, or related field.
• Experience with plastics/packaging policy, circular economy, waste management, or EPR.
• Ability to read, interpret, and track statutory/program text across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-expert audiences.
• Experience engaging with producers, regulators, and industry groups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track U.S. regulatory change and distill into actionable guidance for the team and customers.
• Field questions on EPR obligations, fees, reporting categories, exemptions, and deadlines.
• Own the webinar and thought leadership program from planning to live sessions.
• Create regulatory briefs, policy gap assessments, updates, FAQs, and one-pagers.
• Represent rePurpose Global in public-facing settings and engage with regulators and PROs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success to reflect regulatory changes in the platform.
