Job summary

rePurpose Global seeks a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to monitor evolving U.S. packaging regulations and translate complex rules into clear guidance for customers and prospects.

You will own the webinar program end-to-end, craft regulatory briefs, and produce market education materials while partnering with product, sales, and customer success to align on impact and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in EPR, packaging policy, or environmental policy.
• Ability to read, interpret, and track statutory text across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-experts.
• Strong ability to educate customers and prospects about regulatory topics.
• Experience owning a domain end-to-end in a remote, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Track U.S. regulatory changes and translate into actionable guidance.
• Field regulatory questions from customers and prospects with clarity.
• Own the webinar and thought leadership program, including topic planning and presenting.
• Create regulatory briefs, policy gap assessments, and explainer content for internal teams.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and customer success to feed market insight.
