Job summary

rePurpose Global is seeking a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to own the outward-facing work of tracking regulatory change, educating customers, and translating dense statutory requirements into practical guidance. The role centers on the U.S.

regulatory landscape and includes leading the webinar program and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer teams. The position is remote with a preference for candidates on the East Coast, including New York.

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging policy, or environmental policy.
• Experience interpreting regulatory text and turning it into guidance.
• Strong communication and webinar-hosting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track U.S. regulatory changes and turn them into actionable intelligence for teams and customers.
• Field regulatory questions on EPR obligations, fees, reporting categories, exemptions, and deadlines.
• Own the webinar program: plan topics, build content, host live sessions, and manage Q&A follow-ups.
