Job summary

rePurpose Global seeks a Compliance & Sustainability Intelligence Manager to own Canada-focused regulatory tracking, education, and proactive guidance for producers navigating evolving EPR rules. You’ll lead webinars, develop regulatory content, and support sales with clear, actionable insights.

You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and customer success to ensure our platform reflects current requirements and future directions. This is a remote, Canada-forward role with global reach.

Qualifications

• Background in EPR, packaging or environmental policy.
• Deep EPR/packaging-policy expertise.
• Ability to read, interpret and track statutory and program text across jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking.
• Experience building programs, content and structure in evolving regulatory areas.

Responsibilities

• Track Canadian regulatory change and turn it into intelligence for teams and customers.
• Be a first point of contact for regulatory questions with clear, service-minded guidance.
• Own the webinar and thought leadership program from planning to delivery and follow-up.
• Create education content: regulatory briefs, updates, explainers, and talking points for sales and success teams.
• Read regulatory trends and translate into foresight the team can plan around.
• Represent rePurpose Global in public-facing settings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
