Berkeley College is seeking a Campus Visit Coordinator to deliver exceptional prospective student experiences through campus visit coordination. You will serve as a key campus representative, making outbound calls to families to schedule visits and support enrollment goals with accurate information.

The role is 100% remote for candidates in NY, NJ, CT, NC, and FL, with a focus on delivering smooth campus visit processes and strong CRM documentation.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Some College preferred.
• Customer service/call center experience preferred.
• Outbound/Inbound phone experience preferred.
• College admissions experience preferred.
• Command of Microsoft Office and Outlook email/internet.

Mansioni

• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective students for the majority of the shift.
• Arrange campus visits for prospective students, open house visits, and enrollment activity visits.
• Provide accurate admissions information.
• Document all interactions in the institution's CRM system.
• Ensure compliance, customer service, and product knowledge.
