Job summary

Berkeley College is seeking full-time Admissions Associates to work on-site at its New Jersey campuses, with one day of remote work. The role involves guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, conducting campus tours, and managing outreach and financial aid coordination.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and prior customer service experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Evenings and travel across NJ campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness to potential students.
• Tour and interview prospective students.
• Initialize and follow-up on students’ financial aid process.
• Schedule entrance exam, financial aid planning sessions, registration and orientation.
• Develop relationships with High Schools, College and community personnel.
• Manage and update student records.
• Responsible for proper reporting on outreach efforts.
• Responsible for attending team meetings.
• Receptive to continuous training in product knowledge and to ensure the dissemination of updated and accurate information.
