CoreWeave is seeking an Early Careers Recruiting Manager to build and lead our university recruiting program from the ground up. You will develop strategy, partnerships, processes, and a team to attract top early-career talent across technical and business functions.

The ideal candidate has built or scaled university programs, managed recruiting teams, and established strong relationships with universities and student organizations. Experience in AI/tech recruiting is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in university or early-career recruiting, including program-building.
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing a recruiting team.
• Established relationships across universities, career centers, faculty networks, and student organizations.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles within technology, AI, infrastructure, software, or related fields.
• Strong program-management skills with the ability to create structure and scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build productive partnerships with hiring teams.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead a comprehensive Early Careers recruiting strategy aligned with long-term talent needs.
• Design program structure: target schools, timelines, campus engagement, events, assessments, internships, and conversions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and campus partners.
• Create differentiated recruiting campaigns to raise awareness of CoreWeave opportunities in technology/AI.
• Lead and develop a team of university recruiters and coordinators.
• Forecast hiring needs with business leaders and establish annual goals.
• Create scalable recruiting processes delivering high-quality candidate experiences.
• Oversee internship and new-graduate recruiting across functions, locations, and cycles.
• Partner with L&D to establish metrics on program performance (pipeline, offers, diversity, quality of hire).
• Manage university recruiting budget and allocate investments for impact.
