Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking an Early Career & University Relations Recruiter to lead university partnerships and student programs in Columbus. You’ll own intern/co-op recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with campus leaders to showcase Path’s cutting-edge robotics and AI technology.

You will design engaging campus activities, guide evaluation workflows with hiring managers, and ensure a compelling candidate experience that aligns with our fast-moving, highly technical culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in university recruiting or early careers.
• Experience building or scaling an early careers program.
• Proven ability to build relationships with universities, labs, and centers.
• Experience recruiting technical talent in robotics, AI/ML, software, or engineering.
• Strong program management and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for interns, co-ops, and early hires.
• Build talent pipelines ahead of hiring needs.
• Develop campus engagement strategies with universities.
• Partner with hiring managers to streamline evaluation processes.
• Create a positive candidate experience reflecting Path’s technical culture.
