Job summary

Abridge is seeking a University Recruiter to identify and hire emerging software engineering talent, including interns and early career candidates. You will help build an inclusive program reaching universities, bootcamps, apprenticeships, and non-traditional paths.

You will partner with the Early Talent Program Manager and engineering leaders to own end-to-end recruiting, define potential criteria, and implement a rigorous evaluation process that scales with the team’s growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit software engineers and early talent.
• Able to evaluate engineering profiles and partner credibly with hiring managers.
• Experience building or scaling an early talent program.
• Strong sourcing across universities, bootcamps, apprenticeships and non-traditional paths.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end intern and early career recruiting for software engineers.
• Partner with the Early Talent Program Manager to build a differentiated hiring strategy.
• Find exceptional candidates across universities, technical communities, bootcamps, apprenticeships and other channels.
• Work with engineering leaders to define potential and build a rigorous evaluation process.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Abridge's mission and standards.
• Use pipeline data to continually improve our approach.
