Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking an Early Career & University Relations Recruiter to own the strategy and execution of our university partnerships and talent pipelines. You will identify target programs, manage relationships with professors and labs, and shape internships and co-ops to feed Path’s growth in robotics and AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of university recruiting or early career program experience.
• Experience building or scaling an early careers program.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with universities, labs and career centers.
• Experience recruiting technical talent in robotics, AI/ML, software, hardware, or engineering.
• Strong program management with strategy to hands-on execution.
• Ability to use recruiting data and market insights to guide investments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence technical leaders.
• Willingness to travel to universities and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for interns, co-ops, and early career hires, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Develop focused strategy for target universities and programs, prioritizing robotics/AI/ML disciplines.
• Build talent communities and pipelines ahead of hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to create efficient evaluation processes for early talent.
• Deliver a candidate experience that reflects Path’s fast-moving, collaborative culture.
