Qualifications

• Strong written English with clear, professional communication for U.S. clients.
• Fast, accurate data entry with a sharp eye for detail.
• Prior customer service experience, ideally supporting U.S.-based clients.
• Reliability and ownership — you follow through and hold yourself accountable for accuracy.
• Ability to work the U.S. MST schedule (overnight hours in the Philippines).

Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Communication: Respond to customer emails and return voicemails quickly, clearly, and professionally.
• Order & Campaign Processing: Enter and process campaign orders accurately and on time; update customer records and campaign details.
• Quality Control & Accuracy: Review flyers and order information for errors before campaigns go out; catch inconsistencies in market areas, contact details, and campaign specs.
• Customer Guidance & Product Knowledge: Help customers understand market area options, flyer choices, and next steps; answer product questions confidently.
